Aaron Hale

Aaron Hale, CPA, is a Shareholder in the Audit and Advisory practice in Nashville and serves as the Audit Technology Segment Leader.

He has 19 years of experience serving private companies in the Middle Market and Healthcare service lines, with a particular emphasis on private equity-backed portfolio companies. He began his career in assurance services with a Big 4 firm in Atlanta, Georgia in 2007 where he served high profile private companies until relocating to Nashville in 2014 where he continued in Big 4 until joining LBMC in 2022.

In addition to managing complicated technical matters relating to business combinations, unusual capital structures, stock compensation, revenue recognition, multi-national entities, and consolidations, Hale has extensive expertise advising firms of all sizes, ranging from start-up endeavors and family-owned businesses to substantial turnaround efforts backed by private equity.
