Allison has over 20 years of experience working as a CPA in both public and private accounting. After starting her career in public accounting with Arthur Andersen, Allison spent much of her profession in the healthcare industry. Prior to entering the recruiting industry, Allison managed her own consulting business. She assisted businesses with accounting and finance duties as an independent contractor, including roles as interim CFO, VP of Finance, and Controller.

Allison has always enjoyed helping friends and colleagues find the ideal job fit and is excited to focus on matching companies with the right candidates. After spending many years in various financial roles, Allison is uniquely qualified to assess the needs of both businesses and candidates.
