Brian Marynowitz is a Shareholder in the LBMC Transaction Advisory Services practice, based in Nashville. He specializes in providing financial due diligence services for both strategic and financial buyers.
Brian has advised on the buy-side and sell-side of transactions ranging in value from several million dollars to over $4 billion dollars; however, he currently focuses much of his time on lower middle-market transactions. Brian has garnered transaction experience across a broad range of industries including manufacturing and distribution, construction, technology, transportation and logistics, restaurant and retail, healthcare, and sports and entertainment. He currently serves as the co-leader of LBMC’s Retail, Manufacturing and Distribution industry segment.
Brian’s vast range of transaction experience allows him to quickly adapt to client needs and identify key deal issues across a broad range of industries. Prior to joining LBMC, Brian was a Manager in the Transaction Services group of PwC in Miami, FL.
