Britt Cumbie is Partner and Chief Growth Officer at LBMC Staffing Solutions, LLC, where he actively recruits top-tier financial and accounting talent for contract positions. Specializing in professional contract and fractional placements, Britt serves a broad client base and has longstanding partnerships with some of Nashville’s most prestigious firms.
A graduate of the University of Texas, Austin and a CPA, Britt began his journey at KPMG Dallas, where foundational experiences shaped his future career. Leveraging a decade of accounting experience, Britt transitioned to financial recruiting in 2005 with LBMC Staffing Solutions, an affiliate of the LBMC family of companies. Britt has since become a partner and serves on the senior leadership team of the award-winning recruiting firm.
