Leisa Gill is the Director of Client Experience at LBMC and leads LBMC’s Privately Owned Companies segment.

As the Director of Client Experience, Leisa utilizes her communication skills and business expertise to further develop, analyze and align LBMC’s brand promise with the overall client experience. She has spent the last 20-plus years helping build the brand and LBMC’s reputation – she now takes that experience to her new role to build an even strong client experience that includes client satisfaction and delivering on the firm’s brand promise to help clients be ‘better,’ whether that is in their business or with their personal financial needs.

Leisa serves as a valuable resource for our teams as well as for clients. She is also responsible for the ongoing education of LBMC teams on improving the client experience by setting benchmarks, monitoring progress, and recognizing successful departments and teams.

A frequent speaker on various business and marketing related topics locally, nationally, and internationally; she was recently given the charge to grow the firm’s Private Companies practice, which includes strategy, development of the practice team, and overall performance.

Leisa is a published writer named among the Who’s Who of Women Executives, recipient of the Accounting Industry’s Marketer of the Year, inducted into the Association of Accounting Marketing’s Hall of Fame, and received numerous national and international marketing awards and accolades.
