Michael D. Leuzzi, CPA, is a Managing Director in LBMC’s audit division in Philadelphia. He began his public accounting career at Torrillo & Associates, which joined forces with LBMC in 2026, expanding the firm’s specialized employee benefit plan audit capabilities.
Mike has more than 20 years of experience specializing in employee benefit plan audits, serving 401(k), 403(b), and defined benefit plans across a range of industries. As a member of the leadership team for LBMC’s Employee Benefit Plan Audit group, he helps plan sponsors navigate complex Department of Labor and Internal Revenue Service requirements while delivering responsive service, technical insight, and a practical approach to audit quality and compliance.
Mike earned a Bachelor of Science in Accounting with honors from Villanova University. He has been a Certified Public Accountant in Pennsylvania since 2008 and is a member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants and the Pennsylvania Institute of Certified Public Accountants.
