Mike Hart serves as a Senior Manager within Healthcare Advisory Services at LBMC. Mike has 15+ years of experience within Revenue Cycle including both permanent and interim leadership roles for healthcare organizations. He has served clients ranging from not-for-profit academic medical centers to PE-backed cancer care startups and many other organizations along this spectrum.
Mike has supported several clients through full lifecycle EMR implementations including selection, design, test, go-live and optimization. He is proudly the resident “data guru” of the group and is happiest when building complex cost to collect, pricing or reimbursement models. In addition to his client work, Mike functions as a coach to high-performing team members and facilitates training through courses and materials development.
