Sarah graduated with her Bachelor’s degree from the University of Tennessee and started her career in the nonprofit industry. She then took her desire to help others and transitioned into the recruiting space. Her journey to recruitment was fueled by her passion to serve the community and build meaningful relationships as a strategic partner to both her clients and candidates. She has been in the recruitment space for the past 5 years and has experience as both an internal and external recruiter, providing Sarah with a unique perspective of the hiring process.
