Laura McGregor, CPA, is a Shareholder in the LBMC Audit and Advisory practice. Laura primarily focuses on audit and review engagements for private equity-backed and privately-held healthcare companies, including hospitals, behavioral health providers, continuing care retirement communities, independent and assisted living facilities, nursing homes, pharmacies, home health and hospice care and physician practice management companies. She also assists clients with complex technical accounting issues and accounting for acquisitions or divestiture transactions.
Laura is a member of the LBMC Healthcare Core Team, which defines the strategy for the overall healthcare segment at LBMC, the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants (AICPA) and Tennessee Society of Certified Public Accountants (TSCPA). A Nashville Business Journal 40 Under 40 winner, Laura is also involved in Leadership Health Care and Nashville Healthcare Council organizations and serves on a TSCPA committee.
